Breathwork is a powerful, heart-opening, and transformative healing practice. It’s a dynamic form of meditation that invites you to drop out of your thinking mind and into the deep wisdom of your body. Designed for those who are ready to go inward, this practice supports the release of embodied trauma, stuck emotions, anxiety, and depression, making space for clarity, peace, and reconnection to your spirit.
Using a two-part inhale and a one-part exhale, this breath pattern moves energy through the body, unlocking what’s been stored or hidden. It “stirs the pot,” unearthing emotions that live in the belly, softening them through the heart, and releasing them out through the mouth. You may experience heightened clarity, deeper connection to your intuition, increased focus, emotional release, or even bursts of creativity.
This practice is deeply activating. It’s not passive—your breath becomes the medicine, and you become your own healer. As oxygen floods the system, the ego relaxes, and your body steps in to guide the process. The more you breathe, the more energy begins to move. The more you feel, the more you heal.

This is an active breath meditation using a two-part inhale and one-part exhale through the mouth. It’s a powerful, heart-opening practice that helps move stuck energy and emotions.
We’ll begin with a short chat to set intentions, then move into 35 minutes of guided breathwork. I’ll support you the entire time—keeping you connected to your breath and your body. We’ll close with a restful savasana and time to reflect.
You may feel tingling, emotional release, or deep calm. Everyone’s experience is unique. Sessions take place in a cozy private yoga space with blankets and eye pillows available. You’re welcome to bring anything that helps you feel supported.
