You deserve to rest. This practice is a practice of rest. Yoga Nidra is the perfect way to start your weekend.
Yoga Nidra, also known as “yoga sleep” or “psychic sleep”, is a guided systematic meditation that uses a series of structured awareness techniques to guide the practitioner into a sleep-like state, resting between consciousness (wakefulness) and unconsciousness (sleep). This “lucid sleep” is among the deepest possible states of relaxation while remaining conscious.
This class will be online through Zoom. Please have a quiet place to practice. You will be in a supine postion (laying down). Because of this you want to make sure you have blankets or bolsters to keep you stable.
If you are unable to attend the live session the recordng will be sent to you.
